A Great Arrow was the winner of the first $2,000 Glidden Trophy at the 1905 AAA Reliability Tour. The tour route was 870 miles, from New York City to Bretton Woods, New Hampshire. The trails were marked with confetti, which mischievous locals often moved, causing the drivers to become lost. The Great Arrow defended its Glidden Trophy for five consecutive years.
