The Seal Cove Auto Museum is planning for a dynamic future thanks to the support of our major donors. The Museum Board envisions an expanded facility that offers improved visitor amenities such as an orientation gallery, events space, catering kitchen, and new restrooms. There are plans to improve the exterior of the building to match the quality of the amazing collection of antique cars inside the building. In addition, there are plans to build a driving track on 19 acres of Museum-owned land. The most popular and memorable experience for visitors is a ride in one of the Museum’s antique cars, and the track will provide this opportunity for more visitors in a safe location with increased frequency.
The Museum’s goal is to foster joyful experiences for visitors if all ages. You can help foster this delight through a major gift to the Auto Museum. Major gifts, including annual contributions of over $1,000 and planned giving, are the best way to ensure a lasting legacy and support an exciting future that will bring joy to thousands of people each year.
The Coachbuilders Society
There are many ways to give to the Seal Cove Auto Museum, from membership, adopting an auto, and as part of our major gift society. Donors who contribute $1,000 or more annually become members of the Coachbuilders Society. These members have demonstrated their commitment for high quality and joyful experiences hosted by the Auto Museum through its exhibits, programs, and events.
Coachbuilders Society members enjoy personal invitations to attend special after hour events at the Museum, as well as off-site activities, including car shows, tours of private collections, and private events. With advanced notice, Society members can arrange for rides in museum cars, depending on the weather and availability of qualified drivers. Behind the scenes tours with the Museum’s curators and mechanics are also available with prior notice. Finally, Coachbuilders members are included in strategic planning discussions to help guide the future of the Museum.
The Coachbuilders Society is a fun and easy way to show your support for the Auto Museum. Joining is a way to become more involved, as a steward for this unique collection, and contribute to the Museum’s commitment to sharing automotive history.
